Welcome to our on-line Internet service, e-planning in Newark and
Sherwood.
The service allows you to search and view detailed information of
applications submitted to the Authority since January 2000. You can monitor the
progress and submit comments relating to any application being considered.
Publishing personal information - Material published on the
website may not represent the full Register, certain information may be
withheld with full access only being provided at our offices at Kelham Hall.

We are committed to the ongoing development of the service
and further enhancements will be introduced, the following provides
an overview of information available:

Plans and documents can currently be viewed for planning applications submitted
from April 2005. These will be online within 5 working days of receipt of a
valid application and at the start of the consultation period.

Decision Notices can currently be viewed for decided planning
applications since January 2003.

Appeals lodged with the Planning Inspectorate from 31st August 2004
can currently be viewed.

Details contained on this site are updated on a continuous basis (Last updated
09/02/2010 02:50:56).

Enforcement Notice Register contains all Enforcement Notices including, if
available a copy of the actual Enforcement Notice. Information on new
notices will be available online within 1 day of serving the notice, and
access to the actual enforcement notice will be within 5 working days.

To ensure e-planning is up to date, the Website maybe unavailable between 1:00am and 6:00am
(Monday to Saturday) for scheduled updates. We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
